As it stands this game has little to offer guilds, gameplay-wise. I think you should enable a Guild system where you can create/disband/apply for a Guild. This can be done by creating an NPC. In addition to this I believe there should be a Guild Chat button to grant a personal OOC chat just for your guild members that would have a colored text to differentiate it from normal OOC/Say.
Options for new guilds include- Name, an image bar to link to a web image for your Guild Emblem, and an Optional Guild Goal.
Guild limits.- I believe that you should introduce a Guild Leveling System. I don't think it is right for a player to walk in, create a guild on the fly and say "Hey this is the greatest guild in all the land and we are the richest, most well known, and we have 400 members". I think you should limit the number of members a guild has per level. This prevents unbalancing in the world by all the players in the world joining one guild. This is dull and boring. Perhaps a 10 member limit for level 1, and 10 for each new level. To gain a level you must meet a requirement, perhaps a certain amount of Guild RP action grants experience. This would prevent alot of OOC metagaming and truly build storylines for the guild's growth. A new guild isn't going to be a mansion right off the bat. It will start out as something as shacked up as Fairy Tail during the Tenro Time-freeze incident. It was a low guild with little members. This gives members incentive to be active and RP. And it gives Guild Master's incentive to push their members to really earn their rep rather than they be known as the strongest because they have 2 of the most OP players in their guild -,-.
Guild Hall- This will also include basic building suggestions but I'm lumping it together. Currently it is possible, with enough spam in stats, to destroy walls, doors, and other such buildings. This is a matter of Griefing and I do not find it fun nor acceptable for players to abuse others. I believe that, given you add in a Delete option in Building so you don't make mistakes that are permanent, you should make Buildings harder to destroy. You should also try to code in a bit of code that prevents Tree's from respawning inside of a building if you put down flooring. Lol I walked into my Guild Hall before it was finished and poof had 7 trees in the walls and floor XD. I think you should incorporate a Key System to give access to doors to your Guild Hall to players so that they may enter without having to type in a Password. This prevents the "Type in Password" spam and makes it more enjoyable for players to use their Guild Hall or Buildings.
Clearing away landscapes to make room for buildings should be a bit easier. Perhaps a "Tree-cutting" option. This wouldn't be instant but a slow act. And if a Tile isn't placed over the uprooted tree, it will grow back. This will give players a chance to literally build without having to spend hours trying to find a clearing big enough.
Guild Registration/Member list. I believe you need to estabalish a Guild Registration format for the Forum and add in a Member List option for the game. Perhaps give a new Forum Tag to Guild Members to separate them.
